Letter to Owen

Owen's baby book has a section to write a letter to him. There is a lot that I want to say to him, but I don't think that I can get it all out in one letter. I want to tell him that I have wanted him all my life and that as soon as I met his dad, I knew that dream would come true...eventually. I want him to know that I cannot measure my love for him, but throughout his life, I will try my best to show him. I want him to know that life sometimes is not fair, but that I will take away the pain as much as I can. I want him to live his life to the fullest; to go with the ever-popular saying of LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE. 

I ran across this song the other day, and for the first time, I actually listened to the words. I have always liked this song, but this time, I heard the letter to Owen:
